Extreme level office politics, out sider can't survive in oberoi reality because of his old men staff they working in last 25 years they created there comfort zone if are questions there action you will not survive in oberoi. MD don't know how the whole staff are working in his company they are such illiterate people they are just working for 9:30 to 6:30 job , 1 lunch, 2 snacks and every month date 30th salary will credited in account, other wise no one can serious about working. If you are in good books of HOD then everything will be smooth but if you are working in design team there is no respite for you for that you have to be a female employee that's when you will survive there. Most ridiculous thing is 3 months notice period.
