Best work life balance & job security in current real estate world.

Job security - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Lack of overall value addition as the defined roles are too monotonous. Leaders should appreciate and recognize the individual/team efforts which to a large extent I found missing. Constant scrutiny and suspicious environment (in the form of useless external audits) limits the overall job satisfaction. Also the appraisal cycle is untimely.
