The only good thing about this company is the brand name.

Dislikes

The most useless team in this company is the HR. They are good for nothing. No steps are taken for betterment of employees. HR is just for management and not employees. Company needs to relook at the HR department. No flexibility in work timing. Management should look at making this company more employee friendly.

Does not give an induction training to freshers joining the company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
