The way they treat you initially for 2 weeks

Dislikes

Working hours are like you sleep for the hotel and wake up for the hotel. You don't get time for yourself. 12 hours shift becomes regular and it can increase to 20 hours if there is a wedding. HR is worse they don't take care of their employees when employees go to them for reducing the shift hours. They say that they'll adjust something but nothing happens until and unless you are about to get hurt or are on the last leg of getting I'll. In some cases even if you get ill. HR is tied to genral manager's strings and can't even keep their own point what employees tell them...Read More

Standards are very nice. Guest & client are very nice.

Dislikes

Management is worst. Specially in front office department the front office manager Mrs. Prachi Sati is not fit for working in oberoi group of hotels. Due to her many individuals had left the job. Less pay scale. No promotion for atleast begining of 2 years....

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
