Personally i love to work with young team they put more energy at the workplace. Our executive team they always support to get goal. I have been some of the other brand of the Hotel but I never get such a great experience as we get in the Oberoi groups of the Hotel.

Dislikes

As my opinion everywhere have some problems but working with The Oberoi group of the Hotel have only communication if you don't have then it's very difficult for career. But they trying to make them sharp.

Best place to learn and grow. And the work environment is best over there. I am lucky that I got my first job in the oberoi udaivilas.

Work Details

That was good. I never felt like I am far away from my home because we all team members are like family.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
