I was working in Lucknow to develop software applications for government department. Working hours were good. Good support from management. Provides good salary as per industry norms.

Dislikes

Organization politics is much. Nativity exist, company trust on South people more than north. No variables pay, bonus or salary increments. They generally increment after 3 years only.

Manager's are are worst. They have no knowledge about work , clueless. they hire you and after you accomplish the work they start creating trouble for you. they will start micro-management. Personal experience : 1. when i was ill and went for blood testing - the manager "Karthick Narayanaswamy" asked for Blood test location and reports. 2. when i got infection in my eyes he prescribed me a unknown eyedrop and said keep working. (as he was a doctor ?). 3. When my area electric transformer was shut due to heavy rain , he said start a video call and show House electric meter. Within a year as a team member under him depression i got - Hypertension, Diabetes (14.2), He destroyed my mental peace. he took all credit of work which i've done....Read More
