They give you the freedom of organizing an event. Our director of Studies Ms. Latha (Current Vice principal) supports her teachers for their personal and professional development.

Dislikes

Workload is too high, lack of classroom facilities like projectors, less appraisal and salary division are not uniform. People who demand for more salary are been appraised whereas senior teachers who are quiet are paid less. The appraisal system is not based according to the teacher's performance. The HR of the school need to be trained and should be well aware of the government policies. The salary division should be made transparent to the employers....Read More
