Good work environment & open door office culture which is good for all. Management is always helpful and encouraging. Salary growth is average but you get your salary on time without fail. Most of the company policies are in favour of employees. Self learning is required if you want to grow. Once you develop good rapport with teammates then it's your extended home.

Dislikes

With such a vast experience in this organisation, I cannot remember anything which I dislike, though I would like to mention here; few departments work in silos.
