AC works fine, there's nothing else I could find which is good

Everything to say the least. It is company without any vision, without any rules and regulations, without any sop. It's more like a family run shop ( I would hate to call it a business). The CEO is the sole decision maker, she feels she is God almighty and can do everything (clinic, operations, tech, admin, HR), where the fact is she can't do anything apart from clinic. Even if you want things to be corrected or streamlined, you won't be allowed to. Expect to get fired anytime without any reason and at times without any salary too.
