This was only my second job and I got to learn a lot during my tenure. A great team headed by the most ambitious director helped me grow professionally by constantly trying my hand at new things and getting better each time. OMCPL has a great working culture where the sky is the limit.

Dislikes

It required to put in a lot of time and I feel the work-life balance suffered because of that, but again its the nature of the job but yes there is a scope for improvement in that matter

Work Details

Working at OMCPL was extremely exciting as there were many challenging projects which were executed during my tenure. The fact that we produced some great events with the available resources always gave me a high and a sense of satisfaction.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
