There story behind for starting the company. Story was very emotional that there mother diagnosed a cancer and during that fage they are suffering to managed the documentation . for that they make this solution.

They want slave on there organisation who can work day and night without questioning. The work culture is highly toxic. CEO and HR frequently hires freshers and suddenly let them go without any prior notice. Employees are required to address seniors as sir and ma'am which is hardly practiced in any IT firm. Most peers are dissatisfied with their roles. The working hours are rigid from 10 AM to 7:30 PM and the salary offered is quite low in comparison. The Tech Stack in development is outdated. Seniors are really rude here.
