People here are really smart. You get to know a lot if you are willing to learn, also one can give there idea and can work individually as well. Lots of WFH provided you deliver what you have been assigned. Flat hierarchy, everyone is approachable and gives there best to make you understand. Pantry is always full with a lot of snacks + you get fun Friday on every alternate Friday.

Dislikes

Management needs to be more aware about what they are suppose to do.

Work Details

work is good and interesting.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
