The company focuses much on work life balance, which obviously increases productivity level of every employee. Since, it's a service based industry, a spa industry which is stereotyped in negative ways, it is difficult to acquire human resources. Even though, the entire team of O2 works with a lot of effort and zeal. This organisation soon becomes like family.

Dislikes

Only negative feedback would be politics which happens in most of the organisations, which is also negligible here.
