Experience: 1-3 years in telecalling, customer service, or telesales (preferably in hospitality, resorts, or wellness industries)

Working:9.30 Am to 6.30 Pm (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team at Ridhira Retreat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into bookings for the resort, banquets, and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries for bookings, events, and wellness services.
• Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of Ridhira Retreats offerings to potential customers.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Generate leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
• Schedule appointments, site visits, and meetings with prospective customers.
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to nurture relationships.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
