World class class room, buildings, messing system, indoor and out door playing set up, Zim and other facilities are very very excellent. Cooperative and excellent administrative staff. In my Glace here is very good atmosphere for study.

Dislikes

Nothing dislike, but here I would like to add one thing which I faced . The separate vehicle is required for horse riding students. The transport department tie up many duties with detailed vehicle for convenience of students from JGU to JGC and back.

The university offers a great work-life balance, and provides excellent amenities. There is tremendous scope for learning and growing, and engaging with colleagues who hail from different fields. The university's focus on fostering cross-field collaboration really works.

Dislikes

The built-up environment is terrible, as there is hardly any stakeholder consultation about what employees need before building workspaces for them. The administration's attitude about employees' concerns is really lackadaisical, and there is an absence of institutional processes regarding various issues. Most of the administrative decisions are taken in an ad-hoc manner, with the result that employees' welfare is at the mercy of individual level-decision making....Read More

Nothing it's just when you have commitments in life you have to bare working in worst condition..initial days were good but the day you start learning doing well all your directors are at your back to pull you down and hold your appraisal

Work culture is toxic..no value of yourself, specially the HR once you join after that they treat you so bad no confidentiality of any thing they don't deal with any problems if you face .

Culture. People in power tend to bend the rules as per their wish. Treating students as clients and not future. It was a mental torture to work in such a toxic culture.
