Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The university offers a great work-life balance, and provides excellent amenities. There is tremendous scope for learning and growing, and engaging with colleagues who hail from different fields. The university's focus on fostering cross-field collaboration really works.

Dislikes

The built-up environment is terrible, as there is hardly any stakeholder consultation about what employees need before building workspaces for them. The administration's attitude about employees' concerns is really lackadaisical, and there is an absence of institutional processes regarding various issues. Great ambiance with excellent campus vibes. World class faculty with superb infrastructure. Vibrant community of students with diversified background.

Dislikes

No vision of the top management. Toxic bosses with no care about the brand of Jindal. No feedback mechanism to hear the grievances or inputs for improvement by the management from its employees. Those who are old in the system and sitting on the positions of directors and deans are exploiting the world class facilities provided by Jindals and don’t want the new employees to grow and perform.
