Jindal is full of opportunities for a person who would like to explore distinct facets in professional domain. At jindal one need to be assertive and must be able counter irrational and conventional professional routine. The management is open to ideas but one must know the right time to pitch in. I started my career with Jindal 8 years back as Academic Cordinator with Jindal School of Government and Public Policy, worked for 4 years handled admissions, placements, academic planning and Dean's office. Afterwards I requested for department Change and was given a role in Student Administration (Hostel Administration) where I enjoyed my profile at the fullest. After 1.5 years I was offered to handle facility management and faculty housing operations. Things did not go well in facility management then I was given position in Career services. The purpose of mentioning my journey here is that with JGU if one person has conviction and confidence, one gets the opportunity but one need to demand it and challenge the capacity of its own JGU has flexible working hours and live atmosphere. A commendable thing that JGU has been doing is Employee welfare in terms of providing finances to medical assistance when employee is in need. I have personally witnessed the empathatic course of Senior leadership for all employees irrespective of grade of employee Company policies are good but HR changes it without prior information most of the times hence it is gap from HR and not management...Read More

1. No Talent Mapping 2. No Employee engagement activities 3. Adhocism 4. Absence of Process 5. No strict adherence of policies 6. Human Resource Department really needs revamping to build professional culture within organization 7. Absence of Psychological evaluation in recruitment process that leads to high manpower attrition rate 8. Last but not the least on technical side absence of strong centralised ERP system to have accurate informartion and effective enough to manage student life cycle. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

most of the things there I don't like that is there no provide any job security and they no provide any practical experiences means to say there is no work-life balance. you should learn the things increase the knowledge and get the opportunity.
