Toxic work culture, dirty politics. Indian management, HR and some key employees have made the work place suffocating. Indian management is extremely manipulative.

After working for 17 years with dedication, utilisation all my prime years in the service of the company, the management company at Singapore use and throw policy was realised much later on the pretext that they did not find me competent when I had few more contract for retirement and no company can offer job then. For career it’s the worst company.

Japanese employers are regarded as people who respect age, experience and support their long working employees but I was wrong as I was victim of their managers who disregarded my all credibility and left me when I pleaded few more contracts after completing 17 successful years with no accidents , higher level of safety and dedication simply someone in the office disliked me
