The Company is working great when its come to the Mission where building India's largest Employability Platform . Giving 100% Placement support for students who enrolled with Nxtwave . I like this about Nxtwave

When it comes to Dislike . The Company is in the rights hands , but the management is in wrong hands . Why I am telling this because they are working on building Employability platform but in ground reality they forget their own employees , They forget that their own employees also need rest , mental peace , work life balance , week offs mainly . Management sue their own employees and managers when they need numbers . Not giving holidays and comp offing the day with the extra salary is not employee needs . employee main motive is salary but allowing them to take rest would definitely bring more value to the company . That's why i left the company last year . However i used to earn the incentive same as my salary and promoted 2 times but still left the company because of the worst work life balance . The thing is every family member available on weekends but we have to work on weekends and spend the weekday alone if they give comp off otherwise all day 10 hrs of work . I guess there is no much difference between machine and human in that company . I don't think higher authority will see these employees reviews , But if they seen please make the changes . Team support is very low,gets demotivation from team,No such advertisements in kerala market was different so everyone looking in to the advertisement about the company spoke to parents didnt hear about our company name,all are depends up pon advertisement.

No growth mindset for hirerachy Do not accept our suggestions We have to do what ever they do They see employee a task mechine. They employee is not performing, they do not focus on improvement. Managers are completely clueless, they focus on random works other than main work If you want to grow and gain experience, do not join here.

Here you will get to learn good amount of skill. Your team handling will improve, work culture is good not toxic.

Dislikes

Policies are company centric. Salary buckets too low, upraisal hardly 5-7% every year if you perform good. Incentive policies frequently change so that you can earn less incentive and company should make more. Opportunity based on company profit not individual performance based. If you work better you will get more work. If you perform well you will get leaves easily.

Work culture is really good

6 working days in a week and 10 hours per day is very hectic. They should atleast give Saturday and Sunday weekoffs. You can't do anything as all Government offices and other things will be closed on Sunday and working hours are 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. So, you need to take leave for everything. Work life balance is not even an option

Company will be wonderful if you are growth oriented person, else it will be difficult. I joined as a BDM and now within 3 years I got promoted 4 times BDA to Sr. BDA, Sr. BDA to Team Lead, Team Lead to BDM, BDM to ASM.
