Likes

Nothing, the director of the company "Alka" is very selfish. She never gives time to adapt to the situations and she is very opportunistic. She promise something else in the compensation in job advertisement and give very less as compensation.

Dislikes

Nothing is good here. Alka has only 4-5 peoples who are permanent in job and rest are temporary. She recruits as Job intern and evaluates as if one is working for several years.

Work Details

Work was good but no team effort was there.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
