Likes

It was more about staying for the sake of stability in career. The choice of managers of Nxp is terrible and so also their competence. I had been taken over from the legacy Freescale era. Freescale was far better managed and in people's organization.

Dislikes

There was no training and upliftment of contracted employees. Contractors are treated in a way only to benefit the permanent employees,even if they are well qualified and more competent than the permanent staff.

Work Details

The worklife balance is taken for a toll, without understanding any problems,even worse if you raise lil voice ua reprimanded one way or the other.
