Teammates are very supportive in all matters related to work. Good opportunity to get training, but very few team leads and managers would provide you the feedback. Work environment is good. It's all depends on how you learn parallely along with doing the allotted work.

Dislikes

There was much partiality between the employee and contractor in the way they train and the work they allot. There were no opportunities for the contractor to learn and move out because of the type of work they allot is almost of no use for a candidate to learn anything. The efforts we put in won't be countable at all.
