Previously HR is an accounts Manager then promoted to the HR manager. No certification / qualification. Playing politics against an employee to get them fired from the company. Major Drawback is when you are in a company and you want to change then it's not possible to apply in other company. Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Salary is decent and career growth is good.
