After August 2016 the company hand over to another party. Before 2016 the condition of plant is very poor but now new party want to dovelope the plant and started project of power plant , CCM. I also got the promotion and handing now overall sponge section mechanical DPT. As per company improve but for old employees which have excellent ability have no value because they adopt new employees who have no knowledge but have references, that's why I'm not interested to work in plant, otherwise plant dovloping very well.

Work Details

Generally my work is to handle sponge iron mechanical DPT. All over 24hrs. I have my own confidence with my team that i can attend problem in plant and solve it at any time. I preferred preventive maintenance to controll break down.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
