At Present there is nothing to like in this company.

I achieved 95% of My target in 2018 & till Oct 2019 I almost achieved +90% of my target. But management forced me to resign. I think they forced me for resign not because of my performance (because in company there was lot of employees who achieved less then 70% of there target) but because of company policy (Senior employees are always liability for a company like salary, gratuity & other perks also increase periodically). Work Details

I worked in this organization as Senior Executive - Battery Sales. My target was 6Cr of new battery sales & 4.3 Cr for disposal of old batteries. There was no support for back office work. So, I have to do both activities (field & back office).

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
