Likes

One can learn a lot from the staff. Staff is well trained and tend to create leaders. Work culture is very good.

Dislikes

Since there is less no of staff so if some emergency occur and if client needs any work to be done right away then everyone is supposed to do overtime. You get compensation but no option for rejecting work .

Work Details

My work was exciting. Since I had experience with clients so yes it gets exciting and exhaustive same time. One has to make it clear that he or she has to work and work hard and enjoy the good compensation in return.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Likes

Sir helped me in my learnings. He's so very friendly that he taught many fresh client engineers too. He's approachable. Outside site he treats staff friendly. Travel Allowances were given always.

Dislikes

It's a growing company so staff is less therefore u might be asked to work extra hours. Though they pay for that.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
