Dislikes

Lots of internal politics. Nepotism. Management is credulous to back biters. No job security, you can be terminated any time by the management without any warning or specific reason.

nothing to like about this company, they terminate u just to save their job the management is horrible

terrible management, with no job security, the company may give a hike but when the time comes when u can get your incentives and loyalty bonus they will terminate u in no time and they will not gonna give u your hard-earned money and will just say at last that is its management call we can't help in this. No one can grow in a company full of politics they have terminated more than 20 people in a year just so they don't need to pay their hard and money....Read More

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
