AS IT IS CENTRAL GOV ORGANISATION NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT FUTURE WORK ENVIROMENT IS LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT SO ONCE YOU ADJUSTED THE SURROUNDINGS IT IS HAPPY TO WORK

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
