Poor management. Lower product quantity over quantity. A bit politics. No standard sop for any problem. No proven solutions for system breakdown. Lack of communication between employees leading customer to suffer. Poor floor planning for production.

No transperant policies. worst communication between management and employees. Least bothered about employees personal/family life Egoistic managers Infirior product quality due to which the work load of service hiked up substantially

Was responsible for after market service of the company products installation commissioning and repairs. Initially the products were great for end users but the quality of the products detoriated as the production increased.
