I liked nothing about NTT. There is too much politics in the office. Shift roster will be prepared by L3. If you want to take sick leave, you have first put on mail ,then apply through portal on the same day in the morning no matter how much your health is getting affected. Even your casual leaves won't get approved if you are not your L3s favourite employee. working hours are very strict

Toxicity is at peak. Worst work culture I have ever seen. Too much of politics , favouritism, castism. There are many toxic people in the office.

Despite of raising concerns with them they will not take any action on your manager. No job related trainings available, you're asked to do some learning over LinkedIn.
