I hate everything, the HR measures are so bad, even if there is workplace harassment HR questions as if we are at the wrong instead of taking action against people who actually did something. Absolutely no scope for improvement. You will be stuck in the same designation and with same work forever

It completely depends on project allocation as it is a Service based company. I had horrible experience as a fresher as there was no plan to get KT from peers but once you learnt what need S to be done, you can be the boss.

Depends on project manager and team, there are real good teams and fee bad ones as well

They’re not supportive, got laid off and I had just 2mins to process. They were reluctant to give more than just 2mins and rushed to get me on exit portal

Everything! Absolutely zero career growth and literally no hikes and bonus, just 2 people in the entire team gets hike/bonus every year. Absolutely horrible place to be
