I have attended final round (VP round) in Deloitte on 21 Nov 2024 but till now there is no response from them. It's a terrible company to work with. I was in finance & accounting. There are few employees like Vijay & Raj who are toxic people. There are several issues other then that. I can write a book on it. Join at you own risk!!

Leadership won't follow the policies and lot of personalised approach used for performance evaluation. Hike is really terrible. Yearly hike is around 2% promotion would be 5%. Could change based on Leadership. For all employees benefits creation there would be deductions from Employees salary.
