Overall I had a good experience working with NTTDATA.It was in fact my dream company which had good employee relationship and provided good platform to learn for the employees.

Having been worked in this company for 13+ yrs my overall experience with NTTDATA was not satisfactory at all.There is always a belief within the employees that if you are working with the right manager and right team your growth and appraisal will happen automatically for your hard work.When it not with the right manager is when you will face all difficulties.My experience was also the same.My last promotion happened before 7 yrs,after which my promotion did not happen at all till my last date.Tried my level best of reaching out to the Leadership team to address the issue but nothing happened.Also my last project managers were biased with the employees based on the region they come from<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.It reflected both in the role and pay scale revision</mark>. Non of my initiatives as a team lead to manage the team members were not encouraged at all.Finally I was told to get released as the project is been moved to Hydrabad completely.Only after getting released from the project I got to know that it was a cooked up information by my managers as half of the team who were working with me still work out of Global village.Most of my team mates who were working with me in my last project have given their feedback to the HR regarding the managers and their overall experience but nothing happened....Read More

Here excellent training gives to all the new employees and appraisal has give to everyone but amount is not much good. Politics have all the company's..
