Everything is very good here no pressure no bossism but some people will feel even though it is very good compared to other companies

Dislikes

Carrer growth I should not talk and work environment is very good for seniors worklife balance is too good for seniors but for fresher u need to experience some pressure but it is a good company

I have attended final round (VP round) in Deloitte on 21 Nov 2024 but till now there is no response from them. I had a great team to work with. Good amount of onsite oppurtunities. Nice CSR activities providing an oppurtunity to interact with the people and children in society and help them by doing our part. Good seniors who provided great support and made my life comfortable in the company.

Dislikes

The company policies are not good enough. In fact,they worsened in the last 2 years. Bad Politics in the higher management. Work life balance was worse.. I had to work very late till 1pm atleast for 5-7 days a month and that too without compensation for the overtime. No appreciation for all the hard work an employee does. This is where bad politics are strong. No hikes and no CIPs for most of the employees. The transport facilities were the worst. All the employees had to suffer badly due to very bad transport facilities. Overall not the experience an employee desires....Read More

I love the team collaboration, few policies, on-sight developers and managers

Dislikes

The internal politics were not considered by higher management, compensation is not as per work it's as per hour people close to the higher oficials, etc etc..
