● Job Security ● Great learning opportunities in Network domain ● TL's are Supporting/Helping when Needed. ● Since I joined NTT was doing WFH.

Dislikes

● Sometimes workload will be there(depending upon the project/Team Size). But it's better for quickly adept new technologies. ● 24/7 shift, rotational shifts.(Sometimes you have to work on Weekends also.

Job security is zero, if you got good project then ok, otherwise you not get facility from company. In covid conditions company not provide the cab facility.

on the name of compensation - There is no night shift allowance , No increment happened , and many things are missing .

A very big company but in terms of providing extra benefits to employee it really lacks in compare to other companies . It is just like work and take your salary on time and nothing more one should expect .
