There is nothing to like anything in this company…management is full of ego and MD is directly curious about not to laugh not to smile. You cannot make call to your family in office timing. They will realise you in each and every point down in many ways. Asking for your salary many times while working without reason Even you cannot make any decision You can’t go home without telling the manager if you do so manager will call you and ditch you to the another 2-3hours Office timing as per letter 9 to 5.30 but if you go to your manager before 9pm he will ask you and treat you like do nothing and the same is happening in the morning meeting. I don’t know why they are meeting in morning and evening with same topic and same concern because nothing has changed after you leave the office in the night and same point asking in the morning meeting. Japanese manager is ready to physical fight if you don’t agree with him. People who are stick with this company because they don’t find another job only otherwise nobody is happy. One Indian manager is fired from the company because he is going to the farewell party of the same employee and the same organisation. Even that manager is working so hard and serving the company from many years…it is just doing by the ego stick management by MD. Many things have to say but still few I mentioned My honest review is do not join the company until you are jobless. No increment criteria… No financial year count for increment and prodata basis increment Only few manager(spy informer of MD) is got 50 to 60 %increment and the employee is working in the company and leading the department is getting 1%increment because MD don’t like him. Even in this company person is recognised by his late sittingand one monthly Paper also put on dispaly board for the person who has more overtime and awarded by 5k in every 6month…i dont know why this kind of activity has been taken place and Japanese are happy to make Indian labour by doing this. Even Japanese are working in india and they tell to employee do not trust on Indians. (One Indian did a fight for this but unfortunately they fired him) Day in day out lot of stress…no healthy discussion can be done amongst the employee. Hoping entire reviewer can get better lesson from the reviews. I urge to the industry governance should review the employee feedback’s of the company so that this kind of company should be fired from the Indian industry.
