The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable, high quality products especially for transportation and this is good experience. Handling big projects as well special equipment operation with end to end logistics. Company have given opportunity to handle multi task jobs

Dislikes

I am handling Multi task and getting new customers on-board into company but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.

Work Details

Slightly challenging as I have to look after operations for Export & Import as well day to day activities. Great learning experience in Projection for Pan India.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. All are good staff, their culture also doing good. Every month they given appreciation certificates for staff. They encourage all the staff’s. Yearly ones going outside meeting with categories level. All Saturday Sunday weekoff.
