Worst org with micro management and harassment to employees. They follow HIRE and FIRE policy for departments like Psychology. They hire when academic year starts and FIRE when academic year ends. Only bootlickers will be rewarded with hike and no hikes even after 1 year work. Worst management you will ever see, playing with lives of people
