Worst, some manager keeping the project like their personal property hiring their relatives and so on. Only politics done with the employee who hired for their skills. If you are not from manager's relatives list and unfortunately you need emergency leave or seek leave and you informed them on same day at shift timing , it will be your LOP loss of pay 😡.

Poor Management, work life balance gone worst , Top management Don't want listen anything from ground team, No hike, RM and TMs are very rudely behaves, Senior Management were very arrogant, The toxic politics always there in office like Kolkata Regional Office, RM don't want to listen anything from any one, at the end only things happen what RM of Eastern Region wants, No one have any control over RM of East, The employees who were truly dedicated and hard working were not get promotion at all, and the employees who were in good book of RM will promoted, unfairness and less of Transparent and harassment to employees are the main focus of East RM. And HR team always supported to TMs and RMs so the complain of Ground team is not entertaining at all. The Management is very Corrupted and always playing Unethical blame games. Only buttering is the only way to get promotion in NSEIT, Pays were the less than from current market price. And No growth in this company....Read More

If you settle in this company, you will not leave it.

There is no work culture. If client ask anything we have to give without any questions. They will remove from company if they will not received salary from client. 9 hrs compulsory you have to work if not they will deduct from salary. no work life balance, too much pressure for freshers and new joiners, log out time is never fixed and will ask every weekend or public holiday to work. even after request no trainings provided for new technology and project requirements. here we don't have any sick / emergency leave policy so its kind of impossible to get approval for unplanned sick/emergency leaves. they don't allow you to logout or take any emergency leaves during wfh until the assigned task development is completed 100% perfectly and we get client review its 100% perfect , if asked for sick leave they say we're not serious about the work and many things....Read More
