Am I on right path?
Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for โน7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for โน10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for โน22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached โน35K.
With managementโs support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at โน45K + โน11K (night shift), later growing to โน58K + โน11K by optimizing processes.
Now, Iโm preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
