There are lots of politics and career growth is slow. Performance measuring system is so week.

The company is open to innovation and raleaddily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am s part of a team that markets reliable ,high quality products and haS a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow. The work presure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hrs straight in a days as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night .managers do not value an individual unique strength

Generally speaking,my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycles

The work culture of Qc is pretty good after handling the Main store and planning dept according to production needs at that time the trainee colleague are very supportive in nature compare to Staff persons
