There is no work-life balance because at the project time they are putting very high pressure to employees and when some what pressure reduces then sending on leave even though company having projects. Management never consider our efforts. Appraisal not according to our efforts, that is also getting after 3 years. Visible regional politics in NEL.

Worst HR people in my life their mind them self it not healthy to deal with employees full-on negativity..& Admin team is tooo worst specially one who is sitting in reception.HOD uses abusive words.useless IT team does nothing always rude.....most arrogant finance team always divert issues to HR department.
