If you are hard working and eager to learn, there are ample opportunities for learning however it has to be self driven

Dislikes

- Work pressure is very high and no work life balance - No respect for employees - More than 50-60% attrition in last 2 quarters - All core people and senior tech leadership has left. Mostly freshers are there now, 70-80% of the team - No clear vision, top management is confused and keeps changing priorities - Top management not aligned with each other and too much conflicts and politics. - Projected as a tech startup but no CTO or architects stay even for 1 whole year. No CTO since last 2 years - Unable to nurture and scale any of the products. - a particularly bad hire in very top management leading to a very toxic culture with unprofessional behavior, foul language and questionable ethics...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
