Many suggested to ignore this companies offer but as they say I landed in a poisonous environment. Uninformed extensions of notice period will happen. If you raise a concern about that, the so called internal team will completely spoil your good will in all means they can. 1. Lacking in team coordination and support, 2. Unprofessional way of handling team members 3. Incapability of HR resolve employees crisis. You will still feel that they might be some issue with the employee too, frankly speaking they corner you and make you to feel like you are cable of nothing. People there are working with out any passion and Job satisfaction due to their personal commitments. I would have given negative markings if I had a option....Read More
