Novartis is dying organisation, please observe yourselves.

Dislikes

Associate are more capable and skill full than managers. Managers perform admin tasks only and have revenge approach towards themselves and associates. Some makes a cartel, hence cannot be exposed. Company policies are ambiguous and keep changing. Incapable managers use it to take revenge between themselves and associates. Novartis is dying organisation. Please observe yourselves.

Dislikes

Operational Managers are the front line leaders to drive and enforce the policies. But difficult to find a single quality in them as they far away from the above qualities. Better to introduce an assessing mechanism how best an employee/leader fit for his/her role before after recruitment.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
