The job is quite interesting ! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no policies due to new startup. I learnt everyting on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Now coming to things that i like about my company. *Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, Also there is good support from seniors and employeesare motivated and appreciated for their efforts. *Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR Department.
