The only good point of working at novac is job security.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

There is no proper work life balance You are extremely over worked and under paid even below the average payscale. Taking a sick leave is also considered as being selfish.You are expected to work on your weekoff without any pay. The work is repeatative and no scope for skil development.
