Excellent exposure and avenues to learn. No micromanagement and one has the liberty to experiment with ideas.

Dislikes

HR team seems to be carried away and often seems working as founder’s office staff than being HRs. Identification of unique strengths of people and utilising them in the right direction is something that’s been hugely missed out.

People at the top out there have the mindset of "THEY KNOW IT ALL" & are not at all open to listen to new approaches even though they themselves have not done that much of VALUE BASED SELLING in their SELLING CAREERS. The person guiding the Sales Folks in Sales Enablement has not even been a part of meetings with the Clients & how can you expect him to add value back to the system. In fact he has not even done Sales himself & he questions our approach & at times makes a mockery of himself in Team Meetings by what he talks about.
