How ever working with yashoda more then 10 years , they are promotion towies in a year, they are not going to loose them.

They r hiring new people's , starting time they will support, they will allow to do work n implement new things after that when things will be normal , they will change work they will send here and their , they will not say to leave ,but they will terrible like anything, in last they will say u r not doing anything. This things most of the time happing with northeast people's. ....they can say any time to go from yashod...they will not trust also , wt ever other old staff saying they will do that only. Few person here they will not listen other on spot he will say go from yashoda, I don't want to mention his name, after getting job many people said y u r going Yashoda now understood ,y they said.. The job is quite interesting, struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Very worst organisation about HR department at somajiguda they will take lot of time to settle F&F. At the time of resignation they will say Employee will receive f & f amount after 45 days but reality is they won't get after 2 and half month time
