Notion press is the no. one best Publishing company in india, I have almoust 2 years experience in the Graphic designing department over there, The over all experience is good, Good and young CEO's, There is no OT pay for overtime works,The company culture is very good, thay give importants work as well as fun and games,

Dislikes

Work life balance is very bad, Thay ask as to work for a over time, and there is no overtime payment also, six working days, No cafeteria, No lunch, No transport, No foods, ect..

Job is quite fun considering it is required to be very creative with the outputs. Most of the crowd comprises youngsters, easy to make friends and the office is not in the outskirts of the city which makes it easy for the employees to reach office on time. The shift timings are also flexible according to the employee's preference.

Dislikes

The work environment is quite loose, no motivation is given by the management. The targets are sometimes set way too high, forcing employees to stay back and work through the nights. Workplace harassments are not properly channelled, (most of the times complaints are not taken seriously.
